THE POSITION


The Media Buyer manages advertising strategies for our clients. The role requires a broad range of skills including collaboration with account services, digital and creative teams, and clients to guide strategic advertising buying across all paid digital platforms; display, search, video, digital audio, OTT, social, etc. + traditional mediums if needed. The role includes executing targeted tactics based on campaign briefs, defined media goals measured against precise KPIs and a commitment to driving innovative paid media solutions with flawless execution.  

  

WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • Implement, manage and optimize paid digital advertising   
  • Execute digital marketing tactics including bid management, keyword research/development, ad copy writing, campaign performance tracking, reporting and testing   
  • Monitor and analyze performance trends and develop strategies based on data  
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on evaluations to improve the campaigns  
  • Compile results and complete monthly reports identifying strategies and performance trends   
  • Monitor digital marketing landscape and industry trends  
  • Identify new digital advertising opportunities  
  • Manage invoices including verification, reconciliation and payment for all digital advertising placements   
  • Assist with new business RFP creation and presentations  

  

THE REQUIREMENTS  


  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including programmatic display and video, CTV/OTT, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.  
  • Experience with auditing established campaigns, providing recommendations and restructuring solutions to improve performance  
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and actionable insights from data  
  • Google Ads certification is a plus  
  • Demonstrated success in exercising independent judgement in problem solving  
  • Must be adaptable and able to calmly deal with shifting priorities  
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong sense of accountability/ownership of process and results  
  • Drive to deliver excellence  
  • Highly organized and detail orientated 
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines  
  • Comfortable prioritizing tasks and communicating with your colleagues at any level of the organization  
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus  


QUALIFICATIONS   


  • 3+ years of digital advertising experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred  
  • Cool, calm, collected and collaborative
