We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at All Embracing Home Care in Buxton, ND. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients by overseeing the care provided by our team of dedicated Caregivers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in caregiving and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for developing personalized care plans for each client, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our Caregivers to ensure the highest level of care is being delivered.
