The Quality Control Associate will be inspecting the quality of various Arrow Equipment products including, but not limited to, Electronic Gaming Machines (both cabinet & handheld variety,) Ticket Dispensers, Flashboards, Bingo Consoles & Bingo Balls. They will also be responsible for assisting with non-Conforming parts. They will be crossed training in most duties and be able to quickly switch between them depending on business needs.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Quality control for Electronic Gaming Machines, Ticket Dispensers, Bingo Consoles & Cabinets, Various Accessories
  • Work with purchasing & vendors to receive credit/return/repair defective parts.
  • Troubleshoot & repair all previous
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic ability to use multimeter.
  • Basic knowledge in electronics.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Basic usage of various hand tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot unknown products.
  • Ability to do common task consistently w/out lapse in quality Ability to quickly move focus when business demands change Basic people skills.
