With a strong commitment to excellence, we leverage cutting-edge technology, including a custom CRM, to optimize the case management processes and ensure the highest standards of service for our clients.

Candidates must have a knack for fast-paced learning and pure love of working with technology. The position is based in our office located at 2970 Brandywine Rd. Atlanta, GA 30341.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's complete IT infrastructure, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
• Work closely with HR and in-house development team to automate key processes such as onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Manage asset tracking within the IT department
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Work Closely with the Compliance Officer to develop policies and procedures for compromised accounts, breaches, and other IT security incidents
• Configure & Manage Microsoft Defender & Policies
• Configure & Manage Intune to work with mobile devices & configure policies
• Configure & Manage Vulnerability Scanning on all networks
• Configure & Manage SSO and easily add/remove employees from select services
• Configure & Manage new cloud-based services and verify they meet IT needs
• Handle Procurement of new equipment and verify that new SaaS and/or solution providers align with business needs
• Configure & Manage Phone System
• Configure & Manage in-office network
• Conducting regular system audits on all the aforementioned services

Qualifications:

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT administration within a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in managing and securing IT infrastructures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT or systems administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience
