We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation, expansion, and integrations of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) solutions within our organization. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or similar highly preferred
  • Relevant Certifications in technology, business, and Project Management highly preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years leading IT and technology projects
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS- Kronos, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc.) required (ADP Time & Attendance preferred)
  • Experience with effective program/ project management standards, tools and techniques
  • Experience gathering requirements, establishing project plan, coordination, schedule, budget, tracking spend and communicating current and projected resource burn rates
  • Vendor management skills in selection, negotiations and building long term “win-win” relationships
  • Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and Business

Description

  • Project Management:
    • Lead all aspects of project management, including scheduling, planning, coordination, and tracking.
    • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget constraints.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • System Configuration and Testing:
    • Collaborate with vendors to configure HRIS systems according to business requirements.
    • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and reliability.
    • Manage integrations between HRIS systems and other platforms, such as ADP and ERP solutions.
  • First Project: ADP Time & Attendance Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of ADP Time & Attendance system, including back-end integrations with ERP and ATS.
    • Initiate process approvals and develop project blueprints for implementation.
    • Work closely with the automation division to transition from manual processes (e.g., Excel) to automated solutions.
    • Ensure effective tracking and integration of time data across various systems.
  • Second Project: New Time & Attendance System for Europe and Asia:
    • Lead the selection and implementation of a new time and attendance system for Global sites
    • Manage vendor selection process and contribute to decision-making.
    • Coordinate integrations with existing ATS and ERP systems.
