Tool & Die Maker

We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team at our facility located in Saegertown, PA, 16433. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of machines and tools, including CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, Manual Grinder, and EDM Machine. If you have a passion for precision and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you

• Operate and maintain CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) machines
• Utilize Manual Grinder and EDM Machine (Sinker) for tool and die making
• Perform tool/die/mold repairs and setups as needed
• Program and troubleshoot G-Code for various machines
• Work with machine brands such as Mazak, Haas, and Okamoto

• Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) machines
• Proficiency in operating Manual Grinder and EDM Machine (Sinker)
• Demonstrated skills in tool/die/mold repair and setup
• Knowledge of G-Code programming
• Familiarity with machine brands like Mazak, Haas, and Okamoto

You should be proficient in:

• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
• G-Code

Salary info:

$16 - $30 / hr
