We want you to join our vibrant team as a Shift Leader at Papa John's in Chevy Chase, MD. Lead the charge in delivering top-notch service and delicious pizzas in a fast-paced environment. With a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $19 per hour, you'll oversee operations, coordinate tasks, and motivate our team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation:

$12 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Bring your leadership skills to the forefront and thrive in a dynamic setting where teamwork and passion for quality pizzas drive our success. Responsibilities include;

  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed 


Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
