Qualifications

• Outside Sales Experience
• Knowledge of Roofing & Construction
• Self Motivated
• Driven
• Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance
• Meets or exceeds Sales Goals
• Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights

Requirements

• Must generate commercial business through multiple channels of networking and prospecting
• Must have a knowledge of commercial roofing applications
• Conducting inspections of roofs and exteriors and documenting damage via pictures, measurements and notes.
• Providing prospects with information about damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, as well as our background and services.
• Presenting findings to prospects and closing roof agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds.
• Providing proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing and construction projects.
• Being present at roofing & construction projects to answer customer questions and attempt to offer services to neighbors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to the insurance process.
• Attend sales meetings.
