As a Molding Team Operator, you will be responsible for setting molds, making process adjustments, and operating more complex molding machines to produce high-quality assemblies and insert molded tubing. What You Will Do as a Molding Team Operator:
  • Perform start-up and ongoing equipment and product inspections as required per applicable documentation.
  • Perform chemical mixing operation.
  • Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

What You Need as a Molding Team Operator:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude test
  • Machine start-up experience; manufacturing background preferred.
What’s In It for You as an Assembly Team Operator: • Weekly Pay $18.50 per hour
  • 2:45 pm -11:15 pm Monday - Saturday (48 hour work week)
