Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Command and Control (C2) System Project Manager to lead our Theater Operationally Resilient Command & Control (TORCC) programs. This role involves overseeing TORCC Project Execution, managing the TORCC Support Center, driving Business Development, and addressing other critical C2 system requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for excellence and a commitment to advancing C2 capabilities.
Duties: As the C2 System Project Manager for TORCC programs, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management and product oversight. This includes TORCC project execution, direction, maintenance programs, and adherence to ISO 9001 standards. You will also drive upgrades and modernization efforts, lead cybersecurity initiatives, and support TORCC-related business development. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of subject matter experts in configuring commercial off-the-shelf IT components and integrating complex software into a tactical system utilized by military forces and civilian agencies worldwide.
- Maintain direct communication with software and hardware partners to manage technical details, provide updates, and address ordering and billing considerations.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, drive product improvements, and facilitate follow-on purchases.
- Develop and execute demonstrations to highlight TORCC's capabilities to potential customers.
- Lead on-site installation and training initiatives, with a willingness to travel globally.
- Apply your technical and tactical expertise in the research and development cycles to enhance product performance.
Minimum Skills Required:
· At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing significant design, development, and testing projects.
· Ability to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of contract support activities.
· Recent, relevant experience in interfacing with government and contractor personnel.
· Experience in interpreting and implementing organizational policies, objectives, and goals, effectively guiding subordinates.
· Managed logistics and maintenance support for military or civilian integrated computer systems.
· Skilled in identifying, acquiring, and utilizing necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
· Recent experience with systems upgrades, test planning, successful execution, and post-implementation documentation, including developing and presenting senior staff briefings.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and writing skills, with experience in both technical and professional writing.
· Bachelor's degree (B.S.).
Desired Skills:
· 15 years of experience within the Department of Defense, either as military personnel or a contractor.
· Master's Degree (M.S.) in a STEM discipline.
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
· Previous experience with Command and Control (C2) systems or similar technologies.
· Hands-on experience with Tactical Datalink operations and Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) responsibilities.
· Experience with the Raytheon Solipsys Battlespace Command & Control Center (BC3).
· Familiarity with the PLEXSYS Advanced Simulation Combat Operations Trainer (ASCOT).
Eligibility:
- Must have current Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance. Prefer current U.S. DOD Top Secret Clearance.
