Energy 1 LLC is hiring full-time, Journeyman Plumber.

The Journeyman Plumber’s key accountability is to manage the field techs/Laborers on a given project, and report regularly to the Department Manager. Key responsibilities include managing a project on a day-to-day basis and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Specific Job Duties:

• Responsible for keeping projects on schedule
• Manage projects on day-to-day basis and coordinating daily schedules
• Manage field techs/laborers.
• Coordinate schedule/needs/materials with Department Manager
• Coordinate bulk buyout of materials with Project Engineer
• Recognize delays and communicate that via email to Department Manager/Construction Manager
• On-the-job training
• Follow set of plans, making sure to have correct set of plans
• Keep job site clean and organized
• Layout and rough-in on the job from start to finish using experience to follow design intent
• Aware of daily safety needs/requirements.
• Responsible for maintenance/cleanliness of vehicles/trailers.
• Communicate potential change orders to Department Manager
• Responsible for QA/QC of all aspects of the installation
• Follow contract scope
• Complete project as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Deliver finished product/project closeout/O&M

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing License
• Strong Communication Skills
