Cleaning Technician - Brokate Janitorial (Branson, MO)

Brokate Janitorial is looking for reliable custodians who are able to execute scheduled cleaning tasks with detail and efficiency.

Position: Cleaning Technician - Branson

No experience necessary.

Hourly Compensation: $14.00/hour

Shift Availability: Part-Time (12 hours per week) Monday through Saturday, follows theatre schedule

MUST HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL AND MISDEMEANOR NATIONWIDE BACKGROUND CHECK FOR FACILITY CLEARANCE

Brokate Janitorial is a well established local service business established in 1995. Our commercial cleaning positions pay weekly, offer direct deposit and benefits for both full and part time team members

Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

• Physical - Must be capable of working on your feet for long hours, being able to bend, pull, push and lift 50lbs without limitations.
• Reliable – Must maintain excellent attendance and provide proper notice for absences.
• Detail Oriented - Safely perform tasks with high level of detail, while looking for areas outside the regular routine that need attention.
• Time Management - Complete cleaning tasks in budgeted time allotted for the facilities as assigned.
• Transportation – Must have reliable transportation to and from job site. Team members must have a valid driver license and be able to drive to multiple facilities in the Branson area each night to obtain hours. Travel time will be compensated.
• Communication – Must communicate effectively with direct Supervisor with supply needs, equipment and facility issues that arise.
