Referral Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Community Referral Specialist to promote our senior care operations and drive client referrals from the community. The Community Referral Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, educating the community about our services, and facilitating the enrollment process for prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication and networking skills, a deep understanding of the senior care industry, and a passion for connecting individuals with the right care options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, social work, or a related field, preferred.
• Proven experience in referral management, community outreach, customer service, or a similar role in the senior care industry.
• Strong knowledge of adult daycare services, home care, senior care options, and community resources for older adults.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Compassionate and client-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used in referral management and marketing.
