Trusts & Estates Paralegal

- Collaborate directly with clients to gather information and prepare estate planning documents
- Assist attorneys with estate and trust administration tasks, including tax filings and asset management
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and readily accessible
- Maintain professional communication with clients and other team members
- Participate in meetings and contribute to special projects as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Administration Paralegal
- Proven ability to prepare and manage estate tax returns (Form 706)
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with legal document management systems is a plus
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and upholding the highest ethical standards
- Notary Public certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- A passion for helping people and ensuring their wishes are carried out
