Job DescriptionJob Summary: The IT Analyst - Quoting Software Support is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our quoting software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of software systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to trouble shoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with software vendors for advanced support and issue resolution.
- Participate in the implementation of new quoting software or upgrades, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.
Must have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a focus on quoting or similar software.
- Experience with software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL
Desirable:
- Proficiency Paradigm Quoting and Configurator Software
Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
