About The Role:

We are looking for an IT Intern. This position will provide customer support to our internal staff in a Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment. You will be involved with all phases of client support, as well as projects and other initiatives. This role will emphasize learning and customer service, while providing you opportunities to develop technical skills, problem solving abilities, and gain valuable hands-on experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Tier 1 Support

· Microsoft 365 Admin

· Telephony Admin/Support

· PC Imaging/New Hire Setups

· Software Distribution/Asset Tracking

· End Point Security

· Process Automation (Dynamics, Power BI)

Requirements:

· Office 365 Experience

· Windows Support

· Customer Service Experience
