Physician - Neurosurgery

As a Neurosurgeon, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with disorders and injuries of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and diagnosing patients with neurological disorders and injuries
• Performing surgical procedures to treat neurological conditions, including brain and spinal tumors, trauma, vascular disorders, and degenerative diseases
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as MRI, CT scans, and X-rays
• Prescribing and managing medications for patients
• Providing education and counseling to patients and their families
• Participating in research and teaching activities to advance the field of Neurosurgery
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Promoting patient safety and adherence to best practices in Neurosurgery

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Residency training in Neurosurgery
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
• Active medical license

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
