Preschool Teacher

Elite Sports Clubs is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with our philosophy and program features.
• Facilitate engaging and educational activities promoting literacy, math, science, fine and gross motor skills, art, music, and fitness.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment supporting children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Foster a positive classroom culture emphasizing self-esteem, confidence, and respect for others.
• Collaborate with parents to define and support each child's goals both at home and in the classroom.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents through daily interactions and monthly progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Program Details:

• Three-Year-Old Program
• Semester I: September 9 – December 20, 2024 (with breaks for Thanksgiving and Winter)
• Semester II: January 6 – May 23, 2025 (with a break for Spring)
• Classes held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Full-Day (9:30am - 2:30pm) and Half-Day (9:30am - 12:00pm) options available
• Weekly swim lessons included
• Minimum class size: 7 / Maximum class size: 14
• Must be 3 years old by September 1st and fully potty trained to enroll
