Role: Employment Coordinator

Location: Villanova, PA

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site, Contract

Pay Rate: $22-24/hour

An Addison Group client is looking for an Employment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fully on-site opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Employment verifications
  • Review/approval of student postings in the ATS
  • Review/approval of student hiring recommendations in the ATS
  • On-Boarding: I-9 and paperwork appointments, scanning paperwork to files, etc.
  • Employment mailbox
  • Additional support/duties on TA team

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 years of HR experience preferred
