Are you currently marketing, selling, managing, and providing your own Fractional Accounting & CFO services for non-profits? Or have you in the past? SPRCHRGR is looking for entrepreneurs who could gain from partnering with a well-established firm like ours. You would align with SPRCHRGR and benefit from the resources and knowledge we can provide.

The "Why" Behind the Role

Ideally, we are looking for individuals who already have a book of business and would like to fold that into the SPRCHRGR brand, but its not a requirement.

The role will focus on Business Development for new clients under the SPRCHRGR brand and delegating that work to our respective teams. Allowing you to hit a much higher earning potential than is possible when you are trying to wear all hats as a solopreneur. We know first-hand how difficult scaling a consultancy is and want to help you Supercharge your own potential and make more doing it

This is not a cold calling position; we have a proven framework and playbook in place that will help you learn how we have grown to the size we are and how to apply that to your market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development, by prospecting new business primarily with non-profits
  • Account management - working alongside our Client Accounting Team
  • Provide business analysis on operations and product results
  • Direct all accounting functions, including payroll, account receivables/collections, expense processing, taxes, and revenue recognition and reporting (working with our Client Accounting team, as necessary)
  • Provide leadership needed to plan and grow profit efficiently, including developing budgets and providing accurate projections in support of the business strategy
  • Responsible for overall fiscal operations: directing internal financial programs and procedures and maintaining useful relationships with outside partners and vendors
  • Provide ongoing financial analysis and modeling to a range of company leaders in support of key business decisions
  • Provide sound leadership in complying with financial and legal requirements
  • Develop short-range and long-range financial plans to achieve established corporate goals
  • Eager to follow established practices of SPRCHRGR – and help improve them
  • Experience in a remote environment is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years in a financial role with at least 5 years as a finance leader with privately held companies
  • 1+ year in a B2B sales role or marketing of similar services
  • Experience with 501c3 organizations
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Excel – at a minimum you must be highly proficient with - Pivot Tables, Data Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR. VBA macro-writing is a plus
  • Experience working with venture-backed, private equity, and start-up companies
  • Strong understanding of debt and equity financing
  • Experience buying/selling companies

Compensation Package

  • First-year estimate: $200-300K (including Gross Profit (GP) share, giving you more control over your long-term earning potential)
  • 100% remote, always
  • 401K w/ match (no vesting)
  • This position can be FT or PT

Working Conditions
