HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Seffner, FL


  • Monday - Friday and some Saturdays
  • Day shift 10 am - 10 pm
  • Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per/hour
  • Overtime
  • Full Benefits Package


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
  • Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
  • Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records
  • Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Pre-casting or concrete knowledge strongly preferred
  • Ability to read schematics to trouble shoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical errors
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Leadership abilities to supervise and guide junior staff members
  • Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and recordkeeping
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently
