Healthcare Superintendent

EPIC seeks an experienced Superintendent for high-volume, fast-paced renovation projects in high-risk areas. to join our Healthcare team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing construction projects. Our operations are centered in the Metro Atlanta area, and there is no need for travel. Responsibilities and Duties

• Site Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify areas of potential savings.
• Resource Management: Ensures crews have the appropriate resources to perform effectively
• Documentation: Maintain accurate written project documentation.
• Desired, but not required
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to construction standards and healthcare regulations: infection control, life safety, and ILSM protocols.

Working Environment:

• All work is performed in occupied healthcare facilities
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand; crawl; climb ladders & stairs; stoop and kneel; etc

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant field experience required
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Interact well with customers, vendors, project team, and the public
• Confident in making decisions with limited information promptly
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must have transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
