Fulfillment Expeditor

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the Distribution Center Operations by performing warehouse and fulfillment duties that include receiving, inspecting, storing and distribution of products and supplies. Works under limited supervision. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proficient in NAV Inventory system to perform systematic receiving and inventory movements as it pertains to DC operations. Proficient in all policies regarding proper receiving and put-away processes, inventory movements and counting of inventory using all computer and manual methods.
• Proficiently utilize NAV and SE systems to fulfill SE orders, including International, Wholesale, KCM Meetings and internal departmental orders.
• Able to pick and stage outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity and accuracy.
• Proficient in policies and procedures of International and Wholesale orders, and verifying outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all shipments are properly counted.
• Must be familiar with OSHA standards and able to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, order filler, and pallet jacks) in an efficient and safe manner.
• Supply all areas of the Distribution Center (Duplication, Order Fulfillment and Mail Center) to insure they are stocked with necessary supplies and products via Internal Requisition Fulfillment that are printed daily.
• Keep Order Fulfillment area shelves stocked and adequately supplied. Regularly monitors Order Fulfillment area to determine what product is needed. Keeps Order Fulfillment staff posted of any inventory shortages or problems.
• Receives incoming product and supplies and restocks in warehouse after validating bill of lading, physical count, and Purchase order.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and conduct daily cycle counts and follow-up counts to ensure accuracy upon request.
• Follows all quality control procedures including frequently spot checking individual pieces of product, as directed.
• Learns to operate all types of duplication equipment to produce finished CD, DVD, MP3 CD Rom, MP3, and MP4 products.
• Accurately completes appropriate systematic movements and paperwork for each job assigned.
• This position may be assigned specific daily duties or may float among various DC Operation responsibilities throughout the day.
• Keep receiving area, warehouse racking/aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards and obstructions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to meet and maintain department standards in accuracy and speed.

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Physical ability to stand for up to 9.5 hours.
• Physical strength and ability to routinely lift items weighing up to 70 pounds.

TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to receive & comply with high level of interactive instruction.
• Must be able to prioritize work orders and meet scheduled due dates.
• Must be excellent communicator both written and verbally.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General warehouse/production facility environment with moderately high level of machinery noise.

OTHER:

• Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
• Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
• Must maintain a good attendance record
• Membership and attendance at EMIC are preferred
• Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with people of all cultures
