Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWelcome to the role of Store Manager at Beck's We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team in the Peoria area to manage our brand new location in Kickapoo, IL - COMING SOON

You will lead and oversee operational excellence in all aspects of business. The Store Manager is one of the most important roles in the Beck’s operation because they are responsible for enforcing Beck’s brand standards and running efficient operations to keep their teams customer-focused, organized, informed, and having fun.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by constantly engaging with employees, vendors, and customers
  • Manage and lead a successful team of store associates and assistant managers
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, high-performing culture
  • Make final hiring decisions and facilitate onboarding/training of employees
  • Manage vendor relations, buying, and promotional planning
  • Oversee financial performance of the store
  • Manage store merchandise ordering and auditing, inventory levels, and out of stocks
  • Survey competition and understand market conditions
  • Manage shift scheduling

What You Have:

  • HS Diploma or GED Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of retail management experience



What You're Good At:

  • Ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Exhibiting professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgement
  • Proficient computer skills
