Job Duties:
  • Maintenance of network equipment: servers, firewalls, networks, connections
  • Setup, troubleshooting and management of computers and related office equipment.
  • IT infrastructure management: PC, Printer, NAS, major date backup management, ERP ACE maintenance
  • GSPMS maintenance(familiarize with basic usage, contact Korean IT team in case of modification/development): A system with functions equivalent to MES(including logistics tracking system, etc.) and additional development of American corporations(identification of logistics status, etc.)
  • System Maintenance: SFMS-Automate assembly line material input program, FMSERP- Automated assembly line performance ERP transmission program, SQMS- Quality team measurement equipment inspection record linkage and report output program, FMS- system maintenance for automated assembly line, Maintenance of environment where work can be done remotely by South Korean IT team.
Background Profile:
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, Bachelor's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Server hardware and peripheral equipment in a manufacturing setting
