Job Description:As a Skilled laborer, you will play a critical role in the assembly of sheds and shelters according to blueprints. You’ll work with a variety of tools and materials to ensure that each component is assembled accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test components, sheds / shelters according to specifications and blueprints
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks
  • Erecting temporary shelters for vendors, attendees, and performers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, making adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
  • Document work completed and report any defects or issues

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical background
  • Proven experience as an assembler, with a strong understanding of assembly techniques and processes
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
