Job Title: Material Handler


Schedule (2nd Shift): Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:30am, ½ hour unpaid lunch, 2 paid breaks


Job Description:

The Material Handler at LayerZero Power Systems will play a key role in ensuring the correct materials are available when needed and that products are shipped on time and at the required quality level. This role will effectively manage inventory and support logistical operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. LayerZero is looking for an organized, energetic, and hard-working individual to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Move materials with forklift as needed.
  • Package products for shipment
  • Cycle counting
  • Inventory transaction processing
  • Pull materials from stock for production
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Forklift experience
  • Valid license and good driving record
  • Computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team-oriented

Preferred:

  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Multitasking
  • Forklift certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and carry heavy materials
