Basic Function: Coordination of all support groups for our MSP operations to ensure that customers are getting timely and correct resolution. Overwatch of ticketing system and ensuring that established SLA (service level agreements) are being maintained. Ability to identify critical issues and ensure the best technical resource is allocated.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Out-going personality with dedication, passion, and a drive to succeed
  • Organization skills
  • 3-5 years IT background
  • Technical understanding of IT systems and terminology
  • proficiency in using a ticketing system
  • Excellent communication and great listening skills
  • Ability to work within all levels of the organization

Responsibilities Include:

  • Emphasis on Communication...ability to communicate with all layers of support to ensure the right customer resolution
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency
  • Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Route tickets to various layers of support and oversee correct resolution

Key Working Relationships:

  • Reports directly to Corporate Engineering Manager
  • Collaborates closely with team members in sales as well as all departments
  • Coordinate and utilize team in a multi-site environment
