Position Summary

Responsible for managing existing client relationships. The individual may be responsible for formulating and implementing advice, but may also rely on technical specialists to develop product, investment, or planning recommendations. We don't rely on cold-calling like other firms. We already have a roster of clients to kickstart your portfolio. If you can bring your own book, that is just a plus


Position Responsibilities

Leads Client Relationships:

  • Takes charge of, manages, and actively engages with clients to effectively support their financial, investment, and risk objectives.
  • Directly interacts with clients and holds responsibility for retaining clients and nurturing relationships with assigned clients.
  • Leads the presentation and execution of appropriate financial plans and/or investment strategies for the firm's top clients.
  • Provides advisory services by comprehensively understanding clients' needs, objectives, goals, concerns, and planning tools. Represents clients externally and liaises with other external entities to fulfill client service objectives.
  • Conducts periodic oversight, following firm protocols, to ensure client needs are satisfactorily addressed.

Drives Firm Growth:

  • Converts prospects into clients to drive firm expansion.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, representing the organization to customers and the public.

Develops Talent:

  • Mentors and assists support advisors in refining their financial and investment objectives.
  • In time, identifies and successfully transitions client relationships to other advisors to support team goals.
Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Series 7, 63, 65, or CFP preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to recognize and provide solutions to problems
  • Exhibit strong ethics and a desire to help clients and give them extraordinary service
  • Must pass criminal and credit background checks
