Licensed Psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD

We're seeking a Licensed Psychologist at our Westminster location/hybrid. We are a thriving, woman-owned practice with a fantastic, supportive company culture with great compensation, and a flexible work schedule.

Licensed Psychologists will provide therapy services for clients with general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relational concerns. Licensed Psychologists also have the option to perform psychological assessments.

  • All billing/payment, scheduling, and administrative tasks are completed for you with ongoing admin support.

Compensation:

$57 - $59 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 25 clinical hours per week, 30 hours total of work per week for full-time employment (includes note writing time).
  • Provide direct service to clients including individual therapy (required) and psychological assessment (if desired). Time spent writing assessment reports is compensated and psychological tests are administered to you by a technician.
  • Opportunities to supervise unlicensed clinicians with option for promotion/raise once supervising 3.
Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Psychologist in Colorado, or eligible for a Psychologist license in Colorado.
  • Must reside in the state of CO.
  • Ongoing commitment to cultural humility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including assertive communication.
  • Self-starter who is interested in moving up in the company.

We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as psychological testing. We work with many mental health concerns and have a specialty in treating eating disorders.
