PAY: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Many holidays off and paid, plus even your birthday is a paid day off

Responsibilities include:

  • cleaning common areas, offices, fitness center, clubhouse amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant units and freshens, cleaning model apartment home

Must be good with walking, stairs, keeping busy.

At least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus
