El papel
El Coordinador de Proyectos es el responsable de gestionar, coordinar. y supervisión de diferentes actividades relacionadas con la planificación, implementación y evaluación de proyectos.
Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales
Las funciones esenciales incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes:
Coordinar actividades, recursos, equipos e información para un proyecto definido.
Servir de enlace con los clientes para identificar y definir los requisitos, el alcance y los objetivos del proyecto.
Asegúrese de que se satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes a medida que evoluciona el proyecto.
Ayude a preparar propuestas de proyectos, plazos, cronogramas y presupuestos.
Gestionar, controlar y coordinar el cronograma y la implementación del proyecto para garantizar la finalización del proyecto en un plazo definido.
Monitorear y rastrear el progreso del proyecto y manejar cualquier problema que surja.
Monitorear e informar sobre el progreso de un proyecto a todas las partes interesadas.
Prepare/actualice informes de estado del proyecto, procese facturas, actualice informes de seguimiento y mantenga archivos para la diligencia debida y las finanzas.
Cree y mantenga documentación, planes e informes completos del proyecto.
Otras funciones que le sean asignadas.
Calificaciones mínimas
Capacidad para priorizar funciones y administrar proyectos con múltiples plazos.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidades informáticas intermedias que incluyen MS Windows, Word, Excel y Outlook con la capacidad de aprender y navegar de manera efectiva en sistemas propietarios de administración de llamadas.
