What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an exceptional Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education.
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs.
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Clean ears using video otoscope
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events.
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients.
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Active Florida Audiology license or eligible for licensure
- Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback.
