This position requires the ability to assist the Manager(s) in daily supervising and coordinating the activities of all servers and opening and closing the restaurant duties. To serve customers while maintaining a clean and safe working environment - reports to Managers. The position is a combination of server and middle management. Some shifts will require employee to act solely as a Server on the floor and some shifts will require opening or closing the restaurant safely and accurately.

  • The Key Holder is responsible when scheduled for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when management is not on duty or unavailable

  • Arrives for shift in a clean uniform and maintains good hygiene.

  • Demonstrates the customer is always right attitude.

  • Serves guests in a friendly but professional manner with respect and a smile.

  • Well versed in all menu items and daily specials, as well as all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Take accurate orders of menu items and upsells to daily specials.

  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

  • Assist co-workers when necessary.

  • Reports any spills or potentially dangerous situations to Manager immediately.

  • Takes initiative and shares ideas to improve quality of service when opportunity arises.

  • Train new servers in the nuances of our unique business related to excellent service.

  • Assist Managers in daily tasks related to guest service and positive forward thinking of the restaurant.
