Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person, providing information and assistance as needed.Appointment Setting: Schedule service appointments, test drives, and follow-up calls with precision and efficiency.Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, offering solutions and guidance when necessary.Lead Management: Monitor and follow up on leads generated through various channels to drive sales and customer loyalty.Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details for future reference.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
