Brief Position Requirements

Experience managing a diverse kitchen staff in a restaurant.
Purchasing, inventory management & food cost control experience
Computer experience using online purchasing systems, excel and database management Culinary, operational, and management experience.
Ability to interact with the general public, guests, supervisors and employees with tact, courtesy and gracious hospitality
Ability to assist with product acquisition and menu development
Ability to effectively supervise, coordinate and motivate kitchen staff College and/or culinary training and/or extensive cooking and production experience
Ability to effectively manage employee schedules, food orders and food quality, sanitary inspections, and kitchen equipment (including stoves, refrigeration, slicer, knives, and dish machine)
Trained and has an updated manager serve safe certificate
This is a full time position This position requires night, weekend, and holiday availability.
