Duties & Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide support services to faculty with technical assistance and consultative services on training of in-class and virtual in-class training deployment, support localities in efforts to deliver educational service needs; compiling statistical data to support program goals and objectives; and administration of projects and programs.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 4 years of experience

Minimum Education:

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field
