Job Summary

Responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the transporting of bank related materials. Provide services between offices on a scheduled basis, collect office mail and other items and deliver to the other locations, handle collection and delivery of supplies from the main office to all other locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Deliver messages, documents, packages and other items between offices or departments within the bank or to other companies
· Load and unload bank documents, packages, and supplies based on where they need to be delivered
· Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering items
· Check with certain offices to confirm deliveries and get instructions on more deliveries
· Personal vehicle needed to fulfill Courier Route

Personnel Management: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

· The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal.

Education and Qualifications

Essential:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually

Experience

Essential:
· Knowledge of customer service principles
· Relevant computer skills

Licenses and Certifications

· Valid Driver’s License
· Current Automobile Insurance
· Motor Vehicle Record Report
