Participer à la définition de la stratégie informatique:

  • Evaluer le budget nécessaire pour son périmètre et suivre sa réalisation
  • Assurer une remontée de l'information auprès de la Direction, notamment en ce qui concerne les besoins en équipements matériels et logiciels
  • Conseiller la Direction dans sa politique, participer aux orientations et aux décisions stratégiques
  • Assurer la maintenance opérationnelle du SI bancaire, des infrastructures et Telecom en partenariat avec les fournisseurs internes et externes
  • Veiller à la bonne application des processus Delivery
  • Diriger l’ensemble des opérations et les moyens de production
  • Animer et coordonner l’activité des différents secteurs d’un centre d’exploitation, de façon à garantir un fonctionnement optimum des unités de production (planification, organisation, délais, normes…)

Concevoir une architecture technique et en assurer la veille technologique :

  • Valider les besoins d'équipements matériels et logiciels
  • Préconiser les solutions informatiques en réponse aux besoins matériels et conseiller sur les choix finaux
  • Valider le cahier des charges contenant les spécifications techniques des équipements
  • Superviser les phases de rédaction des appels d'offres, analyser les propositions des constructeurs en termes de performance, de fiabilité et de comptabilité

    Entretenir des relations avec les partenaires technologiques de son périmètre

Mettre en place l'architecture technique cible, intégrer, assurer le bon fonctionnement et optimiser les Systèmes d'Information retenus :

  • Configurer et dimensionner les solutions hardware retenues en fonction des performances requises par les logiciels
  • Superviser les tests des systèmes et veiller à la compatibilité des éléments entre eux
  • Valider les procédures et les consignes d'exploitation et de documentation
  • Superviser la mise en oeuvre des procédures d'exploitation : sauvegardes, automatisations...
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement et optimiser le Système d'Information en supervisant une maintenance évolutive et corrective, en identifiant et en corrigeant les dysfonctionnements, en garantissant la sécurité des systèmes

Manager et encadrer une équipe :

  • Animer et encadrer en organisant et en contrôlant le travail de son équipe:
  • Organiser le travail de ses équipes et les délégations associées
  • Répartir la charge d'activité, gérer les absences
  • Proposer les ajustements des ressources et de l'organisation de l'équipe
  • Etablir et gérer les budgets liés aux effectifs
  • Assurer le management des collaborateurs de son équipe:
  • Participer à la sélection des nouveaux collaborateurs et veiller à leur intégration
  • Détecter les potentiels et les accompagner dans leur parcours de développement individuel
  • Etre attentif au développement des compétences de ses collaborateurs
  • Effectuer les entretiens annuels de ses collaborateurs, faire des feed backs réguliers et fixer les objectifs de chacun, en fonction des objectifs globaux de l'équipe
  • Proposer les évolutions du package global des collaborateurs (rémunérations), en fonction de leurs performances et des résultats de leur évaluation
  • Participer aux décisions d'évolution, de mobilité et de formation de ses collaborateurs
  • Assurer un reporting d'activité, une remontée d'information auprès de sa hiérarchie et une redescente d'information auprès de ses collaborateurs :
  • Garantir la transmission et la transparence d'information au sein de son équipe

Rattaché directement au Directeur Général, le Responsable Opérations IT devrait:

  • Disposer de connaissances techniques solides et d’expériences significatives sur plusieurs domaines d’infrastructure et production informatique. 
  • Connaitre les principes des Systèmes d’Information bancaires serait un plus.
  • Disposer de connaissance dans les méthodes de gestion de projet, notamment d’avant-projet et les référentiels méthodologiques de production et sécurité (ITIL, ISO…)
  • Connaître la répartition des activités « producteurs IT du Groupe » et leur organisation (ITG, centres de services, ...)
