We welcome reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs


ABA Techs provide individualized ABA services in the home, center, and community settings to clients between the ages of 2-22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 


For your professional development: We provide virtual and in-person ABA courses, safety care training, and in-field training to prepare you for working 1-to-1 with our clients and beyond 


Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Monday-Friday (mostly afternoons). Saturday half-days are optional. 

Most clients are seen during after-school hours (between 2:30-8 pm) on weekdays and Saturdays (if available).
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (starts between $20-23 and increases at 3 or 6 months)


Flexible scheduling arises from case matching. During case matching, we assign therapists to a particular client based on the client's needs, the therapist's experience, and mutual availability (both for location & timing) with the goal being long-term success for the client and your growth as an ABA practitioner.

Similar to positions like ABA Tech, Behavior Therapist, Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Instructor, ABA Tutor 


Qualifications: Applicants should enjoy working with children, especially one-to-one.

Knowledge of and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and the Psychology field is a plus.


Additional qualifications for the ABA Tech role include the following:


  • Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with children.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities (preferably Autism)
  • Ability to attend an initial orientation
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (mainly after school hours between 3-8 p.m. )
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Must be timely and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
  • Other relevant experience: working as a Teacher's Aide, Education Assistant, Child Care worker, Tutor, Instructor, Home Care Worker, Mental Health Therapist, Nursing Assistant 


Responsibilities: The ABA Tech will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and will be directly responsible for:


  • Data collection
  • Implementing individualized behavior support plans
  • Implementing skill acquisition programs
  • Working with families for effective collaboration on client
  • Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor


Required education:


  • High school or equivalent


Required license or certification:


  • Valid Driver's License


Job Location: Metro Worcester, MA area


Required experience:


  • Working with Kids or Teens: minimum 6 months
