Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.

• Perform administrative tasks, such as updating customer profiles and processing orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
