  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Lead implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team.
  • Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet project requirements.
  • Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (Qtest, ADO) and systems (CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking).
  • Analyze test results for optimization and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Tricentis Tosca.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • 12+ years of test automation experience, focusing on Tricentis Tosca.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Selenium, Java, C#, Python).
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer).
