Job Description

Secondary Analyst

Starting pay ranges $28-$36/hr DOE

This position reports out of the Sacramento corporate office but is available as hybrid-remote or remote depending on experience and location. The hours of work are 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). 

The Secondary Analyst is responsible for working with and building strong relationships with their assigned region, Investors, and Branches to support all lock and pricing related needs. This position will also be responsible for conducting trend and pricing analysis, as well as facilitating reporting as needed. 

What you would be doing:

  • Provide overall support for assigned region.
  • Lock loans within investor portal and complete within Encompass.
  • Provide rate lock expiration management.
  • Assist with "Off sheet" investor pricing and exception pricing.
  • Support other departments with investor pricing.
  • Explain and support lock desk policies and procedures.
  • Support and process manual locks.
  • Assist with pricing exception and profile change processing.
  • Conduct daily market pricing comparisons.
  • Prepare various pipeline reports.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of current and related experience.
  • Must be proficient with all guidelines to complete job functions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented. 
  • Candidates within 50 miles of the Sacramento corporate office will be asked to work a hybrid schedule with two days per week in-office.
