A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER

As a Building Maintenance Worker, you help the team respond to indoor and outdoor maintenance requests and also perform equipment installation and scheduled preventative maintenance work. You arrive for each shift determine to ensure that our facility, grounds, and equipment are well maintained so that our staff can provide the best quality care to residents possible. You have a good attitude and work ethic as you work with the rest of your team. Your experience and interpersonal skills come in handy as you answer maintenance requests in the building, interacting with staff, residents, and families. Maintaining our building, grounds, and equipment with excellence while making a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families brings you satisfaction

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is scheduled from 11 am to 7 pm during the week, every other weekend 8am to 4 pm and every other holiday from 11 am to 7 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUILDING MAINTENANCE

  • Graduation from high school or GED certificate desirable.
  • Experience in general maintenance.
