Our servers provide exceptional dining service to customers in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. Servers must be skilled in serving etiquette, menu and specials presentations, and accurate and prompt guest check preparation. The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality and Fine Dining experience that includes money-handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic Responsibilities
Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
Processes orders and collects payment from customers
Helps bus and set tables and performs side-work as needed
Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
Helps educate/train new staff members
Performs other duties as assigned
