Position: CAD Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lay out, draw, reproduce, and maintain illustrations for product reference manuals and production process documents.
  • Develop and maintain customer interface documents such as operator manuals per internal and OEM specifications.
  • Develop 3D models using CREO software.
  • Generate part drawings and assemblies.
  • Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Drafting or a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in CREO or similar CAD software.
  • Strong technical background with experience in 3D modeling and technical drawing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with tractor attachments or agricultural equipment.
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining Bills of Materials and other technical documents
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
