Currently Metalmaster/Roofmaster is looking for energetic and positive individual to help lead our estimating department as an Senior Estimator/Salesperson.

The Senior Estimator/Salesperson will become an essential team player, in the designing and building of highly complicated and specialized roofs. The Senior Estimator/Salesperson will need strong aptitude for sales, as well as a willingness to work hard, will ensure the incumbent becomes a key factor in our organization.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should have some knowledge in a few of these areas: reading blueprints, knowledge of the pre-bid preparation, take-offs and obtaining sub-contractor quotes.

  • Candidates will work with clients including: Design Build, General Contractors, Architects, Building Owners, Engineering Firms, Construction Managers, Management Companies, Roof Consultants and Developers.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years’ experience in sales

  • Excellent, communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.

  • Microsoft programs, estimating software (i.e. Edge)

  • Must be a highly motivated salesperson

  • Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.

Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
