A Day In The Life

What is a typical day at Via 313 Server like? It's never dull Your primary responsibility will be to give our customers the best experience possible. And you can take pride in knowing that everyone who visits our restaurant leaves satisfied with their mouth-watering Detroit-style pizza; they're eager to tell friends about it. 

  • Make recommendations or share additional information upon request 
  • Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products 
  • Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance with cleanliness standards 
  • Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues 
  • Deliver checks and accept payment 
  • Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy 
  • Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines 
  • Work with other staff as a team 
  • Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.

The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies (Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.
