Soccer Shots is the #1 Children's Soccer program in the country. Why? Aside from the incredible curriculum, leadership, and passion, we only hire the best instructors to work with our children. It's imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but also have outstanding soccer experience and are incredibly passionate about spreading the love of the sport. We want our Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of each child's week as we strive to develop basic soccer skills, teamwork and healthy lifestyles in each of our children.

Soccer Shots operates in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks all over Lake County. Sessions are Monday through Sunday, 30-45 min for each session. We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials. We offer rewarding work in a great environment with the opportunity to inspire the youth soccer players of the community. At some centers, there will be multiple classes, meaning you will be instructing 2-3 consecutive sessions.

The ideal instructor MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Safety-conscious, your #1 priority is the safety of children under your care.
  • Caring, you engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
  • Organized, you plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the lesson plan and working with children to maintain appropriate order for the age group.
  • Responsible, you are committed to doing what is expected as the coach and "face" of Soccer Shots.
  • Energetic, you bring Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads a child to smile and participate.
  • In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Background Check.
