We are looking for a dynamic and strategic IT Director to join our team and lead our technology initiatives.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven record of implementing effective IT solutions. This role involves managing a talented team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments to drive technology innovation that supports our business goals.

As our IT Director, you will be at the helm of our IT/IS strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with business goals
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Lead IT projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices to protect the organization’s data and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions
• Manage, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies, recommending investments that enhance business operations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s Degree and relevant certifications a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles (e.g., IT Manager, IT Director)
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud technologies
• Proven experience in project management and IT service management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

This position is located in the beautiful and historic Marietta, Ohio.

You must be living in, or willing to relocate to the Marietta area as this is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
